HOW SHOULD I WASH LRIUA CLOTHES?
Our entire collection is handmade and handcrafted by the local artisans we collaborate with. The garment should only be cleaned using dry cleaning methods.
- Do not bleach
- Hang Dry
- Cool iron if you needed
- Do not Tumble dry
- Dry clean only

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
If you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at hello@lriua.com so we can review the matter. See our Return and Exchange Policy page for more information.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once orders are placed they are sent through the warehouse for packing, and once an order reaches the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it.
If you would like to cancel your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the item/s have been received. LRIUA cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
