Returns
Our company is committed to unconditional customer satisfaction, and every product you receive is covered by our guarantee. We are required to comply with the Consumer Rights Law and continue to uphold this responsibility.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you received, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of your order to request a refund. You can contact us via email at hello@lriua.com, including the following information: order number, name used for the order, email address used for the order, and your request.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition. They should also be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items that appear worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All return shipping fees will be at the customer's expense. Additionally, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your credit card provider. You will be notified of the refund status once the item has been inspected. Refunds will be issued based on the price listed on our website at the time of purchase. Please be aware that processing returns may take longer during busy seasons.
You are free to use any postal service for the return, but Lriua is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during the return process. Be sure to send your return using a trackable and insured service and ensure the items are properly packaged.
Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing. Lriua reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above conditions. If your return is rejected, you will be informed via email.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item or are interested in a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of your order. You can email us at hello@lriua.com, including: order number, name used for the order, email address used for the order, and your request. Please note that exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and are subject to stock availability.
