Our products are made to order and are carefully produced to meet our quality standards. Your order will be manufactured and shipped within 14 business days from the time of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, the delivery time will depend on the selected shipping carrier. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're happy to offer a refund for your merchandise (including custom-made items) within 14 days of receiving it. Once you start your return process, you have 7 days to send back your item(s).

  • All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • Returns should be packaged in the original box. We reserve the right to deduct packaging costs from your refund if the item is not returned in its original packaging. All original tags must be included with returned items.
  • If incorrect return documents are used, resulting in additional expenses for us to receive the parcel, these expenses will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, such as a tracking number, as LRIUA cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

All returns will be inspected upon receipt. Items in unsuitable for refund condition will be returned to the buyer. LRIUA has the sole discretion to determine if products are in their original condition.
